last night i was introduced to whitney and rick, probably one of the cutest couples i now know (they have a three legged chihuahua named cha-cha who wears lobster costumes). i had been eyeing the leather bound book that she wore as a necklace for about an hour before i finally gave in and asked her about it. it turns out it was a gift from rick. he had bought the journal from a local artist, and written a love story in it. its filled with hearts. <3
